Two Needles and a Hook

Good morning & Happy New Year to everyone! We are pleased to let all of you know that our business is doing great and we have made a New Years resolution to keep this blog up to date....Wow it has been a long time since we have posted and their is so much to share......
Lets start the day with breakfast preparation....
We are having corned beef hash and over easy eggs
Ingredients needed for this simple yet scrumptious breakfast
1 can of corned beef hash
# of eggs desired

Place entire contents of can of cbh in frying pan over medium heat cooking until slightly brown/crispy. Now in smaller "egg" pan using small amount of butter approximately 1/4 tsp
place eggs in pan (also on medium heat) let cook until most of the "runny" part of the egg is gone...flip for about 30 seconds and viola breakfast is ready....Yummy
